Travis found the rattle that another major company left undiagnosed. Had the stator main bearing making the rattle run any more than a few more hours, it would have failed leaving me without backup power in a storm. This was after going without it for months following Beryl last year waiting on a diagnosis of why it wouldn’t run.

I have used their service for a few years now from general repairs, replacement of two electrical panels, and installation of a Generac whole-home generator. This company is first class in everything they do from the owner and his crew to the receptionist/scheduler. It’s nice to have a go-to company when you need it.

The tech was on time, quick, knowledgeable, friendly, prices were reasonable, and he explained/showed me the issues we were having and told me how to keep it from happening again. Ben, Jose and Travis were excellent! Very respectful of our property, considerate of our 18-yr old sleeping cat (lowered voice not to wake her), and delivered a new key for our existing breakers which were not correct from our builder. They also installed a new whole house surge protector (original call) and were very explanatory in the system. They answered all our questions and did the whole job in a time and cost-effective manner. Would definitely call them again..

Best customer service I have ever experienced!! They went above and beyond. Even filled out my HOA application and attached all pertinent docs for the new generator install. Not only that... Jay Honea who did the dig out and form work for the concrete foundation went as far as to fill in some low spots in the back yard with the spare dirt, picked out all the clay chunks and took that away, then left me with my wagon full of select dirt kindly put up in my storage shed. These guys are TOP NOTCH Professionals.
